🎄 THE BRIEF: EUROPE FOR CHRISTMAS .

A family from the US came to us with the idea, and we helped bring it all together.

Here’s a look at the journey we created. ✨

Flying from the US to Paris, they’ll spend Christmas at Le Pavillon de la Reine before taking the train to Moûtiers. A private transfer will then take them to Portetta in Courchevel for seven nights over New Year.

Our ski specialist recommended one of Portetta’s lofts, giving them the cosy feel of a chalet with all the facilities of a hotel. Having stayed there herself, she knew it would be a lovely fit for the family and even made their booking while away on her own ski trip.

We arranged private ski lessons for the adults and ski school for the children, alongside a New Year’s Eve dinner at Cucina Angelina, Angela Hartnett’s restaurant at Portetta, where Italian-influenced mountain food makes a fitting end to a day on the slopes.

They’ll finish their holiday with a flight home from Geneva.

You know that holiday you still talk about years later? We asked our team where they’d return in a heartbeat.

Richard’s torn between the warm welcome at Tengile River Lodge and a sunset rum punch on deck with Explora Journeys.

For Lowri, it’s the Swiss glamour and skiing at Badrutt’s Palace. Matt would be back at The Oberoi Amarvilas, waking up to a view of the Taj Mahal.

Natasha would return to her honeymoon hotel, One&Only Le Saint Géran, this time with her children.

Pia’s choice is Hôtel Belles Rives in Cap d’Antibes, for the stunning views across the Mediterranean and the happy memories it holds.

And Mandy? BodyHoliday or Sugar Beach in St Lucia, both favourites she’s returned to over the years. Though Le Chalet Zannier in Megève might tempt her back to the snow…

Skagen, Denmark

The Brief: A 50th birthday to remember.

When a client came to us looking for somewhere truly special to celebrate turning 50, we knew this trip needed to be about more than just one destination.

They wanted incredible wildlife, a little adventure and, most importantly, time to slow down and celebrate somewhere beautiful.

We started their journey at Singita Sasakwa, before taking them deeper into the Serengeti with a stay at Serengeti Safari Camp.

After days spent out on safari, it was time for a complete change of pace. Their final stop? Zuri Zanzibar, for white sands, Indian Ocean sunsets and a few days with nowhere else to be.

One 50th birthday. Three incredible stays and a journey created entirely around them.

📍 Bellagio, Lake Como

Emma recently travelled to beautiful Bellagio, Lake Como, for a FAM trip staying at Palazzo Genazzini.

It was a few days spent really getting to know the destination - from a private boat across Lake Como and a visit to Villa del Balbianello, to a silk-painting class, rooftop dinners overlooking the lake and time to explore Bellagio. There was even a mixology class thrown in for good measure!

Trips like these are such an important part of what we do. Experiencing a hotel and destination first-hand means our team can share genuine recommendations, insider knowledge and those little details that make a trip extra special.

SEPTEMBER ROUND-UP

What a month September has been for Team Savile Row Travel!

From Ibiza and Marrakech to Italy and London, the team have been out and about meeting our incredible partners, discovering new hotels and destinations, and building even more knowledge to bring back to our clients.

Natasha spent three days in Ibiza with Journeys, meeting suppliers and experiencing more of what the island has to offer. Meanwhile, Richard headed to PURE Marrakech, and Emma travelled to Italy with Holberry Associates.

Lowri joined Ski the American Rockies at The Ivy Covent Garden, while Matt attended the Holland & Holland Charity Shoot and The Big Wooden Spoon Lunch.

Shannon attended a Hummingbird event, discovering more about some of the incredible hotels and experiences across the Caribbean and Mexico.

Our graduates have been busy too! Rich took the team to London to visit Corinthia, ME London, Raffles London at The OWO and The Savoy, while Georgie went behind the scenes at Heathrow Terminal 2 with United Airlines and Air Canada.

Sophie and Georgie enjoyed Six Senses Paint, Dine & Unwind at Thyme with Flospitality, and Tahlia headed to Shangri-La The Shard for a special evening with the teams from Shangri-La Paris and Shangri-La Le Touessrok, Mauritius.

We’ve also loved welcoming so many of our partners to see us, including Oetker Collection, Independently Yours, 8th Floor and Luminari with NOBU Marrakech.

And perhaps the biggest update of all…

We’ve officially moved into our new Savile Row Travel HQ!

We’re settling into our new home and can’t wait to share much more with you very soon.

With October just around the corner and our 20th anniversary year fast approaching, there’s a lot to be excited about at Savile Row Travel.
