WorkWell Insights: Better Conversations, Better Outcomes

Businesses across Herefordshire and Worcestershire are being invited to WorkWell Insights’ ‘Better Conversations, Better Outcomes’ event to learn more about how to lead difficult conversations confidently, and what support is available.

The Keep Britain Working Report has highlighted the importance of early intervention and supportive workplace cultures to ensure people stay in work. When conversations are delayed, employers can notice an impact on wellbeing, productivity and team performance.

To help employers understand the best approaches to constructive conversations and what the right support is at the right time, NHS Herefordshire & Worcestershire Integrated Care Board is working with the Worcestershire Growth Hub and Herefordshire Growth Hub to host WorkWell Insights: Better Conversations, Better Outcomes event in October.

This event will bring together experts and employers from both counties to explore the extensive local support available to help businesses build healthier, more resilient teams and gain practical tips that can be applied immediately within organisations.

HR professionals, people managers or organisational leaders, will gain actionable insights to help create workplaces where difficult conversations are handled with confidence, care and purpose.
