Kaye Rankin, Managing Director and founder of All Ways Tailormade is a proud New Zealander. She left her homeland in 1975, travelling through Asia and Europe before arriving in London and gained a strong grounding in the travel and tourism business working for Trafalgar Tours and later British Airways. In 1991, together with her husband, fellow Kiwi John and their 3 young children, Kaye embarked o

n a remarkable tour of New Zealand and Australia. They spent six months travelling from Perth through the Red Centre, down the east coast of Australia and throughout New Zealand. On their return to the UK, armed with a wealth of knowledge, experience and most importantly contacts, she and John set up All Ways Pacific Travel, which has since become All Ways Tailormade, to focus on their first love: creating bespoke holidays that introduce both first time and repeat visitors to the delights of their homeland.
