A moment for the room as well because I know there are some mixed reviews out there! It was more than big enough for the three of us. The small human even managed to play football inside 😵‍💫

A little patio area outside the room with clothes horse to dry your swimming stuff, table and chairs. All you need really! Within a minute we were at the restaurants, the bar, the pools and most importantly for one… the ice cream parlour!

A lot of storage space, a safe, comfortable beds, boho decor, an amazing walk in shower and the products provided were great as well 🙌🏼

Stella Village is a family focussed all-inclusive resort on Crete’s north coast. We went in July and LOVED it. A short 25 minute transfer from Heraklion airport makes it a great choice if you’re travelling with children.

Stella Village is on the same site as Stella Palace and you have unlimited access to the Waterpark that is a short walk away. The village site itself is small so you’re at the pool and restaurants within minutes of leaving your room!

There are 4 pools to choose from and a fantastic splash pool for smaller children. Unlimited ice cream is a 20 second walk away from the pools where you’ll also find waffles, wraps and other snacks. The sun-beds are great, comfortable and big! There is also a fantastic park however that’s an early morning or post sunset activity as it was too hot to play on during the day!

The kids club is great, there are lots of activities to do during the day and evening entertainment runs each night. The animation team are full of energy and are committed to give the small people a great holiday! Aqua aerobics every day too which was like a party in the pool 🎉

The food at the buffet is INCREDIBLE. There are two restaurants on site serving buffet food and one à la carte restaurant that you can book.
