We were delighted to receive another 10/10 review recently and we are always happy to receive useful comments which help us improve for future guests.

A guest mentioned they couldn't find the bins when leaving and ended up taking their rubbish home. While we're grateful they still had such a wonderful stay, we knew this was something we could improve.

So we've already taken action by making the bin location much clearer in our welcome information and creating extra signage to add at the next changeover to make it easier for future guests.

We believe it's the little details that make a great holiday, and we're always listening. Your feedback helps us make every stay even better.
