Opened in February 2022, Chimney Cottage offers the ideal luxury accommodation for those seeking to explore the truly breath-taking local landscapes of the Holme Valley, or to use as a base to enjoy the delights of the Peak District National Park (4.6 miles). Less than two miles away lies the pretty market town of Holmfirth, complete with all local amenities including supermarkets, gift shops, tak

eaways, bars and restaurants. This charming stone cottage is set in the heart of Hepworth, a village that features in the Domesday book of 1086, and less than 300ft from the local Butchers Arms, a traditional pub with stone floors, open fire and dog-friendly. As you enter this exquisite property, the beamed ceiling lounge-dining area with its wooden floor, log burning stove and stone fireplace creates an ultimate spot for a cosy evening in front of the fire. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, including fridge, freezer and washing machine, and a breakfast island providing everything you need for entertaining. The king-sized bedroom can be found upstairs located at the front of the cottage, where you can enjoy the open wooden beams and roof light window. A television and feature stone fireplace completes this room, and sets you up for a great night’s sleep. The property has a shower, toilet and hand basin. The cottage provides great village style accommodation for those seeking a cosy and rural relaxing getaway amidst the outstanding natural beauty of the Holme Valley.
