The health and wellbeing of our owners, Customers and our team members is our number one priority. We are therefore writing to you regarding the continued media scrutiny around Coronavirus...

I’m pleased to confirm that we are very much open for business and looking forward to seeing you on park and as you would expect we are following the situation closely and following Government guidance, which includes increasing the regularity of cleaning and providing additional hand washing products across our holiday parks. Our cleaning teams are focused on sanitising all items that are commonly touched, such as doors handles, toilet flushes, facilities etc. We would ask for your support and co-operation for any inconvenience this additional cleaning may cause whilst using your holiday home on park.

To ensure you enjoy your time on park with us, we would ask that you remember that holiday parks are for recreational use only. We would therefore ask anyone who is concerned that they may have encountered the virus and has symptoms, to follow the Government advice and self-isolate. If any self-isolation is required, it is to be undertaken at your permanent residence for your safety, and the safety of others; self-isolation is not permitted on any of our holiday parks and anyone who tries to do so will be asked to leave immediately.
