Titan Boat Canopies

WHEN STYLE MEETS QUALITY IN EVERY WAY. ⚓

Another bespoke Titan canopy fitted, and this one looks right at home on Topaz.

The striking turquoise finish of this narrowboat already gives it plenty of personality, so the new canopy needed to complement it rather than compete with it. The choice of smart grey marine fabric does exactly that, creating a clean, contemporary finish that works beautifully with the boat.

But a Titan canopy is about much more than looks.

Designed specifically around the individual narrowboat, the canopy provides additional sheltered space, protection from the elements and generous clear panels to maintain light and visibility while on board.

From the shape and fit to the seams, windows, fastenings and framework, every detail is considered to create a canopy that looks like it belongs there.

Bespoke design. Premium materials. Expert manufacture and installation.
Another narrowboat ready to enjoy more time on the water, whatever the British weather decides to do! 🌦️

Thinking about a new or replacement canopy for your boat? Theres only one choice and that's to make it a Titan Canopy - speak to us today!

NOTHING MAKES US PROUDER THAN A HAPPY CUSTOMER!

There’s nothing better than seeing a finished Titan canopy looking right at home on a customer’s boat, especially when we receive feedback like this.

Mr Simons recently chose Titan to create and install a bespoke new canopy for his Regal cruiser, and we’re delighted to hear he was impressed with everything from the quality of the finished canopy to the smoothness of the entire process.

A special mention also goes to our fitter, Mark, for another fantastic installation.

For us, great service is about the complete experience - from the initial order and bespoke manufacture through to professional fitting and the finished result.

Thank you, Mr Simons, for the fantastic ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review and for choosing Titan Boat Canopies.

It was great to catch up with Mark from Watson & Brookman today.

I popped over to drop off some frame drafts for a large Piper Bimini project we’re currently working on at Titan Boat Canopies.

Always good to talk through ideas, share what we’ve both been working on and keep those strong working relationships going within the marine industry.

Mark was even kind enough to secure a length of stainless steel to the truck for me before I headed back.

Thanks for the catch-up, Mark great to see you as always 😊

It’s been a challenging couple of weeks for Steve… 🤕

A couple of weeks ago, while working alongside a narrowboat, Steve stepped onto what looked like perfectly solid ground. Unfortunately, the overgrown grass was hiding an unstable bank underneath. His footing gave way and he slipped forward, grazing his shin badly against the side of the boat, with his leg also ending up in the canal water.

At the time, it really didn’t seem like a particularly serious injury, just one of those cuts and grazes you pick up when working around boats.

Unfortunately, Steve didn’t clean the wound as thoroughly as he should have (he’ll admit that now! 🙈) and a few days later what started as a simple graze developed into cellulitis, a potentially serious bacterial skin infection.

It’s resulted in a pretty challenging couple of weeks, including hospital visits, medical treatment, antibiotics and a very swollen and painful leg all from an injury that initially seemed fairly insignificant.

So, we thought Steve’s mishap was worth sharing as a reminder to everyone who works, lives or spends time around the waterways.

Never assume overgrown grass means solid ground underneath, and if you do get a cut or graze, particularly if it has been exposed to canal or river water , clean it thoroughly, cover it and keep an eye on it.

Increasing redness, swelling, warmth or pain can be signs of infection and should be checked by a medical professional.

Thankfully Steve is on the mend, although we suspect he’ll be inspecting the bank rather more carefully before putting his foot down in future!

Stay safe out there. 💚💙

When your laying-up station is tidier than an operating theatre… 👨‍⚕️✂️

Fantastic work from Lee, who’s absolutely smashing the laying-up side of things. Everything prepped, organised and ready for our machinists and somehow he manages to keep his workstation this immaculate at the same time! 👏

Precision, organisation and serious attention to detail… we’re starting to think he missed his calling as a surgeon! 😂🩺

Great work, Lee it makes such a difference to the whole production process. 💪
