A beautifully presented south facing grade two listed cottage that sleeps a maximum of 4 guests that’s partly above “Ellie’s Bakers” in the ❤️ of Hythe High Street (pedestrianised during the day)

The property consists of a large bedroom with Oak double bed dressed with Duck down duvet & pillows, an open plan fully fitted kitchen & lounge with king size pocket sprung mattress sofa bed, luxury family bathroom with power shower and bath (fully renovated in March 2024)
The kitchen is fully equipped with a Delonghi nespresso machine and a welcome hamper (3 nights plus) with locally sourced goodies to graze & sip.

We provide white waffle gowns, slippers, fluffy towels, beach towels, beach chairs, large travel cot/playpen, coffee pods, Pukka teas & toiletries.

The charming cottage is a 6 minute walk from the beach, (beach chairs & beach towels provided) and 3 minutes walk to the famous Royal Military Canal that runs for 28 miles, perfect for a stroll, jog or bike ride.

A beautifully presented grade two listed cottage that sleeps a maximum of 4 guests that’s partly above “Ellie’s Bakers” in the ❤️ of Hythe High Street (pedestrianised during the day).

The rear of the cottage; kitchen/lounge area overlooks the quaint high street of Hythe in Kent and the front of the property (bedroom & bathroom) takes in the view of the two tiered Ragstone terraced garden, this property is tucked away giving you the best of both worlds - privacy & serenity.
It’s a rarity to find a cottage in this location with such a large outside area offering two seating zones to help you follow the sun, oh! and we also have private parking for 2 small cars/1 large vehicle.
