The Exmoor Explorer coastal bus is a fantastic way to return from walking a section of The South West Coast Path, especially during the summer when it's open top.

It's also a great option for visiting any of the villages and attractions along the route, especially if you have a bus pass for free travel!

Great news if you're a member of the National Trust. Free parking will be available this year at Woolacombe if you are a member and park along Marine Drive.

Marine Drive car park will be managed by the National Trust from 1 April and will be staffed from 4 April 🌊

National Trust members can enjoy year round free parking at Marine Drive car park, joining a network of National Trust car parks in North Devon, including Baggy Point, Heddon Valley and Lorna Doone.

Non-members are also welcome to park, with daily charges applying. Funds raised from parking will go towards improving the area for people and nature and supporting vital conservation work in the surrounding coastline and countryside.

From the 1st April, the National Trust will be carrying out essential maintenance and improvements to the car park to improve the experience for everyone. We appreciate your patience while this is carried out and will aim to keep disruption to a minimum.
