This beautiful cottage is situated in the heart of the pretty village of Lee and is just minutes from where the Atlantic meets the stunning North Devon coastline. The cottage is ideally situated to make the most of the spectacular surrounding countryside, whether by foot, car or surf board. Lee Bay is renowned locally for its kayaking, fishing and spear-fishing, and can even offer a hidden gem of

a beach which can only be accessed when the tide is low. It is a firm favourite with the locals and visitors in the summer.
