Coastal Path Cottage sits on the dramatic North Devon coast within Exmoor National Park, with panoramic sea views and overlooking the South West Coast Path. The cottage is detached with private parking outside the front door and a fully enclosed and private garden of more than 1/4 acre. The accommodation comprises triple aspect lounge with 2 sofas and dining table and 4 chairs. There is a 47" flat

screen TV with full Sky package and separate DVD player. The lounge leads out to a south facing conservatory with sofa and two chairs. The large hall leads to the kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob and microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and 60/40 fridge freezer. The main bedroom has super king size bed and patio sliding doors leading directly to the garden. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and built in wardrobes, The bathroom has 1200mm walk in shower with dual shower options. There is a separate bath with handheld shower attachment. The conservatory leads out to the inner garden which has dining table and 4 chairs, sunlounger terrace and a breakfast terrace. This leads out to the outer garden which has a 3m x 4m open log cabin with day bed, woodburning stove and dining table and 4 chairs. The property is very dog friendly with 2/3 dogs welcome and no restrictions on where they go. Dog throws/towels/bowls and poo bags are provided. In the garage there is a second fridge freezer and tumble drier. There are direct walks in every direction along the coastal path or across the moorland and yet it is a 5 minute drive to all facilities in Combe Martin and a 20 minute drive to award winning Woolacombe Beach.

The first clip in the trailer for the film is them walking up Holdstone Down. See if you can recognise it. It took them all day to film the walk from the parking to the top in June 2023! Very exciting!

This week we have exchanged contracts on the sale of Moorlands and Coastal Path Cottage. It will,when we complete in January, be the end of an amazing 10 years as owners. It has been wonderful to share this spectacular location and to meet so many lovely people. The new owners will be doing building works next year and so it will be closed for 2025. Until then, if any of you want to enjoy a final visit before it closes then we have opened the calendar for the remainder of 2024 including New Year. Short breaks welcome.

Our Story

Coastal Path Cottage sits on the dramatic North Devon coast within Exmoor National Park, with stunning sea views and very dog friendly. Sleeps 4. The large 1/4 acre enclosed and private garden has direct access to the SW Coast Path and various seating areas with chimnea and BBQ area. The cottage is very bright and spacious with triple aspect lounge with amazing sea views from the full length windows leading to South facing conservatory and into the garden. The large master bedroom has super king bed with memory foam topper and sliding doors leading to the garden. The modern bathroom has large 1.2 m walk in shower with twin shower head as well as separate bath with shower attachment. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge freezer and there is a tumble dryer in the garage. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. The cottage has 2 TVs, one with full Sky package, the other with built in DVD and free superfast broadband is included.

2 dogs are welcome maybe 3 on request
