This is great to see, they all put in so much effort with the vans. They always pass by us and we are really looking forward to seeing this years parade.

Here’s what to know before you go:
🚆 Extra trains between Nottingham and Skegness on weekends.
📍 Queuing systems in place at Skegness, Grantham & Nottingham - especially during busy periods.
🎟️ Buy tickets in advance to avoid queues on the day.
🧳 Travel light - space is limited, especially during peak times.
🚌 Direct buses between Nottingham, Grantham, Butlins and Skegness on Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays, from Friday 18 July to Friday 26 September.

Polite safety common sense advice to all Guests whilst staying in the caravans.
Upon going out please make sure all windows around the caravan are closed & secured also the main door is locked. !!
Caravans tend to be more prone to being burgled during warmer times taking advantage of left open windows.
This is common sense advise to help guests & to mainly protect their belongings.
Any valuables are to be left in the security safe whilst out.
Don't let burglars ruin your holiday/ break.
Our caravans insurance will not cover anything if down to open windows/ unlocked doors & sure guests don't wish to be paying for potential damage inside done or caravan contents stolen?

We started off our buisness around 25 years ago with a very old 6 berth caravan that even the caravan park wasnt too sure of exact year of manufacturer, it needed quite a bit of mainenance work straight away upon purchasing/taking ownership to allow an reasonable standard for rental purposes but we somehow managed it in a very short space of time to be able to get it rented out for the end of the main summer school holidays,
After around a year of seeing how popular the caravan was we decided to buy another caravan but this time an 8 berth caravan across the other side of the caravan park, After spending our first 5 years of buisness on the same caravan park we noticed we wasnt getting very good customer service/care/value for money from the caravan site owner or from her staff members so we took the very difficult & hard decison to move our caravans onto another bettter more friendly a site, This was very expensive for us & involved in a way setting everything up as fresh again but with lots of dedication & efforts we got there.
Over the next 10 years we gradually increased our rental fleet to 6 caravans & had verandas put onto each of our caravans one by one during demanding times.
Around the year 2010 we began to notice some of our caravans were starting to look a bit tired in appearance & of ever increasing costs on the budget for maintenance so we took a chance & started the slow process of upgrading our caravans to more newer models including quality higher end specification verandas which our customers seemed to appreciate very well & were prepared to pay slightly more money on their holidays in return for better quality luxury accomodation.
In 2015 we downsized our fleet to a more managable 4 caravans to allow us to offer the quality & standard our customers had began to expect from ourselves as well as allowing us upgrade to purchase our first brand new luxury 8 berth caravan.
Towards the end of the 2018 season we decided to go a bit posh & have LED lighting installed along the platforms & steps of our three luxury caravans.
Summer 2019 saw us getting rid of the various cheap plastic garden chairs & patio tables which we had & buy new quality ratten garden furniture for our 3 luxury caravan verandas
Overall the past 25 years have been good to us, we have come a very long way since our buying of our very first caravan, it has been quite hard at times with much worry & many sleepless nights but with lots of effort & sheer dedication we have managed to get to where we are now & still have a few regular customers still booking our caravans each year whom were with us from when we very first started off in those early days & wow have they seen some changes along the way with our caravans & we still share many stories of those early days of various caravans we have had along the way.
