The story & history of Tidycaravans
We started off our buisness around 25 years ago with a very old 6 berth caravan that even the caravan park wasnt too sure of exact year of manufacturer, it needed quite a bit of mainenance work straight away upon purchasing/taking ownership to allow an reasonable standard for rental purposes but we somehow managed it in a very short space of time to be able to get it rented out for the end of the main summer school holidays,
After around a year of seeing how popular the caravan was we decided to buy another caravan but this time an 8 berth caravan across the other side of the caravan park, After spending our first 5 years of buisness on the same caravan park we noticed we wasnt getting very good customer service/care/value for money from the caravan site owner or from her staff members so we took the very difficult & hard decison to move our caravans onto another bettter more friendly a site, This was very expensive for us & involved in a way setting everything up as fresh again but with lots of dedication & efforts we got there.
Over the next 10 years we gradually increased our rental fleet to 6 caravans & had verandas put onto each of our caravans one by one during demanding times.
Around the year 2010 we began to notice some of our caravans were starting to look a bit tired in appearance & of ever increasing costs on the budget for maintenance so we took a chance & started the slow process of upgrading our caravans to more newer models including quality higher end specification verandas which our customers seemed to appreciate very well & were prepared to pay slightly more money on their holidays in return for better quality luxury accomodation.
