Space
The flat is on the top floor of a three Storey building right in the heart of the city centre. Nothing is too far away. No need for a Taxi home at night or after a long day shopping. Cleanliness / Damage
The apartment should be cleaned to a high standard, I most likely did it myself on the day you arrived, so if there is anything you think that is not to an adequate standard then please let me know so that I can resolve the problem. If there is anything missing that you think should be included then also please get in touch. Should you happen to damage anything in the flat, please don't fret, accidents do happen, just let me know so that I can ensure I can clean any mess up and replace any items before my next guests arrive. Parking Permit
There is a Parking Permit available on request, if you require this facility then please let me know in advance. The Permit is restricted to only certain areas and does not guarantee a parking space will be available. There is 24 hour parking facilities nearby. If using the parking permit is should be displayed at all times when parked. Please also remember to post the Permit in the letter box prior to your departure. Failure to leave the permit behind will cause issues for the next guests. Access
Keys can be left either by posting through the letter box of the flat or in the key box outside of the main door. If you are planning to stay in town on your last day then the Key box may be the better option so you can still use the flat until the final check out time. From the flat you can walk in any direction and you will come across a bar, restaurant or shop in just a few minutes walk. On the information sheet in the flat we have provided a few ideas for restaurants and bars that we have used ourselves over the years and would recommend. The flat itself is quite spacious and has all of the usual home fittings and comforts, free WIFI, NETFLIX and Freeview TV, in case the weather is bad or the kids need distracted, Microwave, Coffee Machine, Washing Machine etc. the Shower room is massive too, try not to get lost in the shower. Great deals to be had at No 10 and No 7 this week, prices just updated today for November and December in both and dates so grab your self a bargain stay and get your shopping or City Trip booked now. No 10 is right in the City Centre and walkable for Pubs, Restaurants and Shops and No 7 is in Tornagrain which is more suitable for a relaxing break for friends and family and exploring the local areas.
