How it all began

The Little Small House was built in the style of a fisher cottage as the area is a conservation zone and most of the adjacent properties are C listed. The site became part of the garden of our own property in the 1950s when the titles were given. In 1930s the house that occupied the site became in a state of disrepair and was left as a ruin.

We bought the property and built in what was our garden where now sits The Little Small House . The name came from an old sign we found in the garden, so we decided to keep it.

The house has been operating as a holiday cottage and we are proud to boast 5* rankings form our guests that have enjoyed the house and the surrounding area.
