Outside Cedar Cottage. The solar maximum is certainly producing amazing auroras, 3am, way past my bedtime and definitely last for tonight/this morning, it was so beautiful, I just put my camera on the ground facing the sky.

This little monkey is all wrapped up and ready to be sent home to Belgium after being found hiding in a bed. I’m sure he wanted to stay but there is a little girl missing him very much so he has to go home 🙂 Bon voyage 🛫!

What an amazing night. Three pics from the Dornoch Bridge about one am. First looking towards Tain with Glenmorangie Distillery lights and vapour, one looking towards Dornoch, third looking towards Struie Hill. Can you tell I didn't know which way to look lol. Lots and lots more to come but right now I need my sleep.

Now that the weather is taking a turn for the better why not book a canoe adventure with Go Wild Highlands. Launch from our own private area a short walk from Cedar Cottage or further along the Kyle of Sutherland at Altass.
