A wonderful day out today Dartmoor Zoological Society. The weather shone beautifully for us and the animals were all out, although the lions seemed to be hiding from us today. Definitely worth a visit and a well known site from the film

A lovely meal The Union Inn last night. Beautifully presented mouthwatering food. Fantastic for Gluten Free - the selection is impressive. The atmosphere is warm and friendly and the staff are fabulous!

Well worth the visit if you are staying at Woodpecker Barn on the surrounding area of Denbury, Newton Abbot.

Something to think about if you’re heading down to Devon this summer and are likely to be going to the beach.

This is a great safety guide for children swimming in lakes and swimming pools. The color of the bathing suit can make it easier or more difficult to see children while they are swimming. This is a good reminder to always have adult supervision when children are swimming. (Thanks to Praire Lakes Healthcare System.)
