Our allocated-on-arrival Disney Area Standard Homes offer guests their own private space to return to after exploring the Orlando area.
Property Information, Each home is air conditioned, well equipped and spacious with its own private screened swimming pool, offering the ideal holiday base. Inside there is a spacious lounge with comfortable seating and a TV/DVD player for the family to enjoy a quiet night in. All linens and towels are provided, and household equipment such as an iron/ironing board, a vacuum cleaner and laundry facilities will make guests feel at home. A villa telephone is also available.
All Disney Area Standard Homes have a fully-fitted kitchen as standard. Kitchen facilities may include a conventional oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffeemaker, toaster, crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils. Local supermarkets are easily accessible, or dining out in Orlando is a great option due to the variety of eateries located here. Owners usually furnish homes to their own specifications, therefore, dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party.
Homes are positioned in residential locations either in the Kissimmee, Haines City, Davenport or Clermont areas and are all within 20-35 minutes’ drive of Walt Disney World.
