🚗⚡Let’s Go EV – Driver Display Edition ☕

This isn’t just another EV showcase — it’s our chance as drivers to make the council’s Let’s Go EV! event even better.

We’re inviting EV owners from across the region to come along, park up, and be part of a friendly, hands‑on display.
Here’s what we’ll be doing together with NorthWest EV Owners Group:

🔌 Vehicle‑to‑Load in action — kettles on, hot chocolates, maybe even some sausage rolls.
💬 Myth‑busting chats — answer the curious questions, gently tackle the sceptics.
🚙 Show & tell — let people peek inside, sit in, and see what everyday EV life looks like.

I’m not entirely sure that this is the best image to use in the background of a Solar + Battery Storage advertising..…
.most of the public (and us who are neurodivergent) will immediately associate it with other negative images we’ve seen of mis-represented vehicles on fire 🔥 with click bait headlines claiming it’s another EV 🙄

I really do love Costco as a company though, did a stint for a couple of years in the Phoenix, Arizona branch in my youth in the Deli whist residing in the USA.

A very LGBT 🏳️‍🌈 friendly company to work for, great pay at the time (early 2000s), and free membership as an employee!

Who doesn’t love a 20 litre can of Heineken 😂

First stop of the day, our favourite Cobham Services!

Found a lovely 2024 Citroen eBerlingo M from Denmark, no range issues for them!!

Luke had some interest and a nice chat in our EV Rally Club - Organisers of the London to Amsterdam EV Rally 2025 (evrally.club) + evrally2025 London to Brighton EV Rally stickers!

Cheeky McDonald’s Happy Meal (watching our “girls ish figures 😂) and mum Mehvish got Brownies!!

Looks like Cobham are going solar??

Off we go, another awesome ionity experience as usual!!

Hoping to make National Trust before they close.. if not tomorrow we’ll sneak off early from the event!!
