Whilst away in South Africa the other week I sadly had to miss the Lusso Travel Annual Luminaries Agent Awards which is always a highlight of the year. Chuffed to bits to receive an email from LUSSO this week to say I was a finalist in 2 categories.,Best Homeworker 2025-2026 & Midland & Shropshire agent of the Year 2025-2026. And attaching this logo for me be able to use.

Incredible 4 days at madikwe_game_reserve with Africa and Beyond. Rare sighting of a group of black rhinos, packs of wild dog, hyenas & lots of elephants, giraffe, lion & zebra.
Great to see a variety of lodges, something to suit everyone with fantastic hospitality at each one.

A round up of summer events so far. A fabulous 2 days at The Fish Hotel in Broadway with LUSSO with their suppliers finished off with a fascinating talk from a former Concorde pilot. Then to London for a catch up with lots of India hoteliers & lodges with windowtoluxury at their Inspirations 2026 event. Then last Friday the annual exsustravel Agent Awards at the Shard, always a privilege to be invited.
Back at my desk for the next few weeks now planning with clients for their next trips.

Why not consider a staycation. Having just returned from the fabulous ellenboroughpk in Cheltenham I can highly recommend a night or 2 there. They have loads of outdoor space with suggested walks, and amazing ellenboroughparkspa, an outdoor pool, jacuzzi, hot tub & steam room. A fine dining restaurant & a brasserie. They have deservedly won many awards and are members of Virtuoso Travel as are we so you have the added benefit of additional amenities when you book through me.

A day packed with meetings at thesavoylondon yesterday. Catching up with Virtuoso Travel suppliers from all over the world. Well worth a day out of the office & a chance too see the recently refurbished rooms at the Savoy which are stunning.

THE most hospitable stay at Flame of the Forest in Kanha National Park. The accommodation is so in keeping with its surroundings & sits on a river bank.
We were made to feel like family by our hosts Karan & Isa Modi, our guide Sam showed us the beauty of the National Park with its Sal forests, open meadows & jungle. We saw a tiger feasting on its Sambar deer kill, a sloth bear & some beautiful bird life.
Highly recommend it for a relaxing stay which can incorporate yoga,as well as exploring the area, visiting local villages, markets etc.

Amazing stay at Kings Lodge in Bandhavgarth National Park with unbelievable tiger sightings. So privileged to see these animals in their natural habitat. Big shout out to Vishvajeet our guide who was fantastic
