From a cancelled tour to a holiday saved in just three hours. 🇬🇧
At 07:00 yesterday morning, this lovely family called us after the lower-priced tour they had booked with another company was cancelled at the last minute because their vehicle had broken down.
There was one big problem: it was their final day of a short stay in London, and their planned visit to Stonehenge and Oxford was meant to be one of the highlights of their holiday.
So we got to work.
By 10:00, they were on the road with me for a completely customised private tour — visiting Stonehenge, exploring Oxford and making sure their final day in England became one to remember.
It was also a reminder that when booking private travel, the most affordable option isn’t always the best value. Reliability, flexibility and knowing there’s someone there to help when plans change can be just as important as the price.
