Our KE travellers have been busy this summer… and we’re not jealous at all! 😅

Over the past few months, we’ve loved seeing your photos come in from adventures all over the world. We’ve picked out a small selection of some of our favourites to share with you.

Seeing these adventures through your eyes is one of the best parts of what we do. Every photo is a little reminder of the incredible experiences our travellers have had and of why we love helping people discover new places and take on new adventures.

With plenty more adventures still to come this year, we can’t wait to see where you are going next.

And if you’ve been away with KE this summer, we’d love to see your photos too - share them with us in the comments below. 📸

40 adventures with KE. Now that’s a milestone worth celebrating!

KE traveller Al recently completed his 40th KE adventure, joining us on our best-selling Ultimate Fann Mountains Trek. Here's what he had to say:

"We had the mountains almost entirely to ourselves, making the experience feel truly remote and wild. Our guide, Beck, was one of the best I have ever travelled with; every day he gave us a history lesson on his country. These are the kind you don't read about on Wikipedia. Along the way, we discovered countless beautiful campsites and mountain passes, with plenty of opportunities to swim in the crystal-clear lakes too."

A huge congratulations to Al on an incredible 40 adventures! 👏

For more than 40 years, Nepal has been a huge part of KE and holds a special place in all of our hearts.

Right now, Nepal is dealing with the devastation caused by the floods on 26th August. We want to do what we can to support those affected, including our friends and colleagues in Nepal and their families, as well as everyone working tirelessly in the rescue and recovery efforts.

We’ve set up an appeal to raise funds for those who need our support. Working with our trusted network in Nepal, we’ll direct donations to where they are needed most, with every penny raised going directly towards supporting people in Nepal.

Whether you've travelled to Nepal with us, have a personal connection to this wonderful country or simply want to help people facing an incredibly difficult time, any donation, however large or small, can make a difference. Please click below to donate. Thank you for your support 🧡

Nepal-Tibet Flash Floods Update.

Our hearts go out and our thoughts are with the people of Nepal and Tibet after the devastating flash floods of 26th August.

Nepal is our biggest destination, part of our history and we have long-standing close working relationships with our incredible local agents and guides, so it is immensely saddening to see the pictures emerging and hear more about this disaster. We are particularly thinking of our local teams and good friends in Nepal, their families and the communities who have been affected and the homes and livelihoods destroyed. Our priority at the moment is to check on our ground teams and their families, to make sure they are all safe.

We don’t have any KE customers in Nepal at this time, or any groups due to depart imminently, and we are in very close contact with our local teams to monitor the situation and find out more. It is early days and it will take some time before we know the extent of the damage caused by the flash flooding. We will be in touch with customers booked onto trips which might be affected as and when we know the situation.

For now, we wanted to express our thoughts with all those affected, our friends/colleagues in Nepal and their families and everyone involved in the rescue and recovery operations.

Did you know we've been publishing our Guide to Adventure magazine since 1988? 📖

Looking back through the old covers is one of our favourite things - seeing where our travellers and staff have been, how the world of adventure travel has changed and what has stayed exactly the same. Writing up each yearly issue is honestly one of our favourite projects, mainly because it gives us an excuse to properly geek out on the thing we love most.

There's something special about holding a year's worth of adventure in your hands and we're already working on the 2026 issue. Sign up via the link to make sure yours lands on your doormat. 📬 https://www.keadventure.com/request-our-magazine

If you're a long-time reader, we'd love to know - what was the first issue you received? Drop it in the comments below. 👇

📍 Gondogora Peak 2026 🏔️

Our trekking group has successfully summited Gondogora Peak and completed the expedition – a route with a very special place in KE’s history. In 1986, it became the very first KE trekking peak, although at the time, we knew it as Gondoro Peak.

The mountain has also been climbed by members of the KE team over the years, including our Product Manager Kit, who climbed it twice in 1989 and again in 1997 alongside our Customer Service Manager Pete and a Gondoro La group.

40 years later, our groups are still standing on the summit. A real testament to KE’s heritage and history - something we’re extremely proud of.

A huge well done to everyone involved, and many thanks to our local leader Ghafoor and KE leader Mark Scales for the photos.
