Little Dolphin submersion classes aim to provide a gentle approach to introducing your baby to the water. These life saving skills are suitable from birth to 18 months old. Stimulating activities and fun exercises are incorporated within the structured classes that you and your baby will enjoy. Babies who start swimming at a young age are shown to be more independent, have better balance, coordina

tion and also helps strengthen your baby’s heart and lungs. This precious time also allows you as a parent to relax, have fun and develop a close bond with your baby whilst passing on important safety skills. A wonderful relaxing & bonding experience you will always treasure.

If you’re heading to the beach with your family this summer, please keep safety in mind so that your trip is remembered for all the right reasons.

And, don’t forget even older children who can swim can still get into difficulties in the sea. They may over-estimate how strong a swimmer they are or under-estimate risks.
