We hope everyone is excited for tomorrow, both the little kids and the big kids 🤪
Some info and FAQs below for you all. We’re excited to see you and it gives a lovely day! 🌤️🥳
Q: WHERE DO I PARK? 🚗
A: due to the recent weather parking will be along the main road at the lane entrance. We don't have enough tractors to pull you all out of a mucky field!
‼️please park so that emergency vehicles and agricultural machinery can get past your car as we are a rural road.
📍Aughnahoory Road, Kilkeel, BT34 4AH
Q: WILL IT BE MUDDY? 🥾
A: Again because of the recent weather, some areas of the river path may be a bit damp or mushy underfoot. It is gravelled but with leaves falling the mush is inevitable. Please wear appropriate footwear, wellies are advised.
Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DO EVERYTHING? ⏰
A: A minimum of one hour is advised to get round all activities if you are short on time, but you can easily spend 2/3 hours on site if you wish to make a morning/afternoon of it!
👉remember your time slot booked is only for your pumpkin trail, you're welcome to arrive any time and enjoy the day for as long as you like!! So make sure you leave yourself as much time as you'd like.
(We will close around 3pm though so if you have one of the later pumpkin trail slots be sure to give yourself enough time).
Q: CAN I WALK IN WITH NO TICKET? 🎟
A: Unfortunately we had to make this a ticketed event. If you have not booked but would like to then please contact Laura to see about cancellations (07534810340)
IS THERE FOOD AVAILABLE? 🧁
A: We have Southpoint Coffee Co. on site for the day so you can purchase some yummy traybakes and hot drinks from their van!
👉 everything else at the event is included in your tickets/doesn’t require payment so no need to carry extra cash!
Q: CAN I BRING MY DOG? 🐶
A: Absolutely! Dogs are always more than welcome at Hanna’s Close but for tomorrow we do ask that you please keep them on a lead at all times due to the crowds, small children and our petting zoo!
Q: ARE THERE TOILETS ON SITE? 🚻
A: Yes we have a toilet facility open but it is at the top of the hill beside the cottages before you get to the river area.
