Situated close to stunning beaches, Salcombe, Dartmouth and Totnes. It has a private entrance, parking and small private courtyard with flowering shrubs and pots, and a table with chairs, cushions, parasol and washing line. The Fully fitted kitchen is equipped with an oven, 4 ring electric hob, washing machine, microwave and dolce gusto pod coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Cleaning supplies under sink. It has all the necessities for a comfortable and hassle free stay. The shower room is equipped with a w/c, basin and vanity, fan, mirrored wall cabinet, shaver socket, roomy electric shower and heated towel rail. The double bedroom comprises;
Antique double bed with memory foam mattress and 300+TC Egyptian cotton bed linen. Cabinet with drawers and a small rail affixed to the wall for hanging clothes. Small DVD player, selection of DVD’s, books and hairdryer.
2 Bedside tables and lamps. The lounge has a 3 seater sofa bed, providing accommodation for one extra guest, a side table and lamp, footstool, 38” smart TV and a small dining table and 2/3 chairs. There is also an ironing board, iron and clothes airer, laundry basket, vacuum cleaner. Complimentary tea, coffee and milk is provided for guests. Spare blankets. Please note that our family rescue cat lives at the adjoining property. She is shy but very friendly. We have also recently welcomed a puppy! Please keep the driveway gates shut st all times.
