Lovely Totnes…..

What are your thoughts on Totnes?

A few things to do here:

Totnes Castle 🏰
Climb up to this Norman motte-and-bailey castle for great views of the town and surrounding countryside. It's a short but steep walk to the top, and the panoramic views are worth it.

Explore the High Street 🛍️
Totnes is known for its independent shops and markets. Browse quirky boutiques, craft stores, and grab some local produce at the weekly market on Fridays and Saturdays.

Dartington Hall 🌳
Just outside Totnes, this historic estate offers gardens to wander, arts exhibitions, and even a cinema. It's a peaceful spot for a stroll and a bit of culture.

Totnes Rare Breeds Farm 🐑
A great family-friendly stop. This small farm is home to various rare and endangered breeds, and you can get up close with animals like goats, sheep, and owls.

Take a river trip on the Dart 🚤
Hop on a boat for a scenic cruise along the River Dart. You can relax and take in the sights while learning about the area's history. Some trips even link up with the steam railway!
