it's a lovely modern caravan with everything you need for a great stay. All changes to a booking are allowed only by prior agreement with the caravan owner. The hirer is responsible for the conduct of all persons listed on the booking form. All guests agree to respect the privacy and peace of all other sta

We reserve the right to cancel a booking with immediate effect if guests are not honouring this agreement or causing a disturbance/nuisance to other guests, neighbours or the owners. Smoking is not permitted in the caravan. The caravan is to be left in a clean and tidy condition. In case of any maintenance problems, DIY repairs must not be attempted. All electrical appliances in the caravan have undergone annual safety checks. The caravan owner reserve the right to refuse any booking without any objection. Withernsea Sands Holiday Park and ourselves will not be responsible for any personal loss or injuries to any person or vehicles (including any persons under the age 18 years of age)
We reserve the right to charge the lead guest for any damages caused through the course of a booking by any member of the booking party. This includes breakages, spillages, stains, damage to furniture or fixtures and fittings. Any damage charges will be taken from the housekeeping bond. Lost keys will incur a replacement charge per key lost. On-site parking is provided guests accept that they park their vehicles at their own risk. We are required to keep a register of guests over the age of 16 who stay with us. These records are kept for a minimum of 12 months and in accordance with the DPA (Data Protection Act 1998) and the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations). Guest who need to cancel a booking should contact us as soon as possible. Deposits already paid are only returned in accordance with the following:
Cancellation made 15 days or more in advance of arrival date = full deposit refund. Cancellation made 14 days or less of arrival date = 50% of deposit refund. Cancellation made 48 hrs or less of arrival date = No refund issued, full amount of booking due. Non-arrival guests, who are unable to attend or fail to attend for whatever reason forfeit their deposit paid and the full amount of the booking will be due. It is suggested that booking guests take out appropriate holiday/cancellation insurance where required. COVID19 – should the park have to close due to COVID19 then either alternative dates will be offered or a full refund of any monies paid.
