🌴☀️ HOLIDAY VILLAGE SEAVIEW IBIZA — OUR HONEST REVIEW 🇪🇸
After an amazing 11-night family holiday at Holiday Village Seaview Ibiza, I thought I’d share our honest review.
There have been quite a few mixed reviews about this hotel, so rather than just giving you the usual holiday highlights, I wanted to share our own experience — the good, the not-so-good and everything in between. 👇
❌ THE NOT-SO-GOOD
The pool area does have a few chipped tiles, and there are some areas around the pool that can become a little slippery.
However, when we mentioned this to the staff, especially with us having young children, they were fantastic and quickly put towels down in the areas to help prevent people slipping. 👏
Some areas of the hotel could also do with a little freshening up, and the onsite water park could definitely benefit from a refurb.
That said, the rooms and hotel areas were cleaned every single day, and we never had any issues with cleanliness during our stay.
And let's be honest… despite the water park needing a little TLC, me and the kids still absolutely loved the slides! 😂💦
✅ THE GOOD STUFF
🍽️ THE FOOD!
Honestly… WOW! 🤩
Every single night there was a huge choice of food, with different themed evenings throughout our stay. We never struggled to find something we enjoyed, and the quality really impressed us.
We also tried both the Italian restaurant and Sunset Grill à la carte restaurants, which are included with the All Inclusive package.
And WOW… some of the best food we've had away! 🤤
The mixed grill at Sunset Grill was absolutely incredible! 🥩🔥
👨👩👧👦 THE STAFF
Every member of staff we came across was friendly, welcoming and helpful. From the restaurant staff to the pool team and everyone in between, they really helped make our stay enjoyable.
🎭 THE ENTERTAINMENT
If you've stayed at a Holiday Village before, you'll already know what I'm talking about!
There is non-stop entertainment throughout the day and evening, with plenty going on for both children and adults.
The entertainment team work incredibly hard and there was always something happening.
🌅 AND THEN THERE'S THE IBIZA SUNSET…
I honestly don't think words do it justice. 😍
The views from the infinity bar area during sunset are absolutely incredible.
Grab a drink, sit back and watch the sun go down over Ibiza… 🌅🍹
It's definitely one of those holiday moments you'll remember.
❤️ SO… DID WE HAVE A GOOD TIME?
YES. Absolutely! ❤️
We travelled as a family, along with my brother, his wife and our niece, and from start to finish we had such an amazing time together.
🔁 WOULD WE GO BACK?
Yes, we would.
👍 WOULD I RECOMMEND IT?
Yes, I would.
However, being completely honest, if someone asked me to recommend a Holiday Village, I would probably recommend some of the other Holiday Village resorts before Seaview Ibiza at the moment, simply because this resort could benefit from a little refurbishment and some investment in certain areas.
But would that stop us enjoying our holiday?
Absolutely not. ❤️
Every hotel has its positives and negatives, and I think it's important as a travel agent to give people an honest opinion rather than pretending every resort is perfect.
For us, the amazing food, fantastic entertainment, brilliant staff, incredible sunsets and most importantly the memories we made as a family far outweighed the negatives.
11 nights of family memories made… and that's what holidays are all about. 🌴☀️❤️
⭐ Our honest verdict: We had a brilliant holiday and would happily return.
