📍Flotilla Technician

Join Sunsail and be part of creating unforgettable sailing experiences in the heart of the Mediterranean! We're looking for a skilled and hands-on Flotilla Technician to join our team in Agana, Croatia.

You'll be working directly on our fleet of yachts—handling maintenance, engine servicing, and prepping boats for guest adventures. If you're practical, proactive, and passionate about boats, we want to hear from you.

Experience with diesel and outboard engines, electrical systems, and a can-do attitude are essential. Sailing experience is a bonus, but not required.

🌟 Career Spotlight: Windwards Operations Manager, Lene Pierre 🌟

Lene Pierre’s career with Sunsail is a remarkable story of growth, dedication, and leadership.

She began her journey in 1989 and joined as a Customer Service Assistant, quickly earning a reputation for her warm personality, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional guest experiences. In 1994, she was promoted to Supervisor, then to Assistant Manager in 1999.

In 2004, Lene took on the role of Base Manager, where she successfully led daily operations and fostered a high-performing team environment. Her leadership, consistency, and passion have made a lasting impact over the years.

Now, in 2024, Lene proudly serves as Windwards Operations Manager, overseeing Sunsail's operations across the Windward Islands.

Her journey is a true testament to growing within a company, leading with integrity, and inspiring excellence at every stage.

Meet Tom! His adventure with Sunsail began in Lefkas in the summer of 2023 as a Flotilla Technician. From there, he set his sights on growth, achieving his Yachtmaster in January 2024 and returning for another summer season, balancing roles as both Flotilla Technician and Flotilla Skipper.

Not one to slow down, Tom spent this winter in the BVIs, working primarily as a Charter Captain while also gaining hands-on experience as a Base Technician. Now, he's gearing up for his next chapter—returning to Lefkas this summer as a Bareboat Skipper!
