The successful candidate will be practical, proactive, customer-focused, and able to perform under pressure while maintaining high standards of service and safety. Flexibility is essential, as duties may also include flotilla support and seasonal fleet refit and lay-up projects.

📍 Base Technician

We’re hiring a Base Technician to join the Sunsail team in Lefkas, Greece, supporting our yacht operations in one of the Ionian’s most popular sailing hubs.

In this position, you’ll help prepare the fleet for charter, complete maintenance and repairs, assist with yacht turnarounds, and support the smooth day-to-day running of the base. Knowledge of diesel engines, outboards, 12V electrics, and general marine maintenance would be a strong advantage.

📍 Base Technician

Join Sunsail in Dubrovnik, Croatia and help deliver unforgettable sailing holidays in one of the Mediterranean’s most stunning destinations.

We’re looking for a hands-on Base Technician to support our fleet, maintain high safety standards, and ensure every yacht is prepared to the highest standard for our guests.

In this full time permanent role, you’ll carry out yacht turnarounds, maintenance and repairs, client safety briefings, engine servicing, and emergency callouts, while also supporting the day-to-day running of the base. We’re looking for someone practical, adaptable, customer-focused, and confident working under pressure.
