Sunsail is hiring a Flotilla Kids Activity Co-ordinator for our 2027 season in Greece!

In this fun and dynamic role, you’ll create and lead engaging activities for children aged 5–17 from beach games and treasure hunts to themed parties and creative challenges. Your mission? Keep our young sailors entertained, safe, and smiling all holiday long!

You’ll also lend a hand to the flotilla team with guest events, yacht turnarounds, and general operations, so being proactive, organised, and great with people is a must.

Base Technician

Sunsail will soon be recruiting skilled and motivated Base Technicians to join our team for the 2027 Mediterranean season.

These hands-on roles will support our world-class operations team in maintaining our fleet of sailing yachts to the highest standards. If you have experience with marine engines, electrics or plumbing systems and a passion for working by the water keep an eye on our channels.

📍 Flotilla Technician

Exciting opportunities are coming soon! Sunsail will be looking for Flotilla Technicians to join our teams in the Mediterranean for Summer 2027. ⚓

We’ll be seeking technically skilled, hands-on individuals with experience maintaining diesel engines and outboards, basic electrical and plumbing knowledge, and a customer-focused attitude. Sailing experience and RYA qualifications will be a bonus.

Exciting opportunities are on the horizon! Sunsail will soon be recruiting Cruising Instructors to join our Mediterranean teams for Summer 2027. ⛵

We’ll be looking for commercially endorsed RYA Cruising Instructors with strong sailing knowledge, excellent communication skills and a passion for sharing their expertise. Flexibility will be key, as successful candidates may move between resorts or support Flotilla and Bareboat Skipper roles.

📍 Base Technician

Sunsail are looking for a hands-on, proactive Base Technician to join our team in Agana, Croatia!

You’ll play a key role in keeping our yacht fleet and base running smoothly, from yacht turnarounds, maintenance, and repairs to engine servicing and emergency callouts. You’ll also support client briefings, flotilla duties, and seasonal fleet refit and lay-up.

We’re looking for someone who has:
- Experience with diesel and 2 & 4-stroke outboard engines
- Knowledge of 12V DC electrical systems
- A practical, problem-solving mindset
- Marine experience and a willingness to learn
- A positive, team-focused and customer-oriented approach
- Flexibility to work around operational requirements
- Yacht sailing experience is desirable, but not essential
