New for our menu, 2024, Monkfish Wellington! Beautiful Monkfish, sourced from George's Fresh Fish, surrounded by prawn mousse and parsley crepe, encased in puff pastry with a red wine and port sauce, served with local carrots and roasted fondant potato!
