We’ve loved seeing you all receiving and using your Power of Nature Journal. We hope during these strange times these can be used for a moment of calm, of self care and to guide you on your journey of experiencing the mental and physical benefits the power of nature offers. Make sure to keep us updated with your progress.

Don’t worry if you want to go on your Power of Nature Journey, but feared you missed the beginning of the year. This a 90 day journal and therefore you can start and finish whenever you would like.
