The 2026 Lochalsh Arts Fair is officially open.
Drop in sometime over the next week to see this beautifully curated exhibition of Art from over 40 local artists.
Lots of amazing Art , prints and cards to purchase .
Make sure you receive your Gold Star sticker on the way in to the gallery to put next to your favourite piece of work.
All the stars are counted at the end of the Show and the piece of work with the most stars goes on next years Show poster always designed by Charlie Parsons.
This years poster features out very own Create team member Caitlin Turnbull.
We look forward to seeing you on site very soon.

Awh.. thought I'd share the wonderful reviews left this year. 🤩 I've been so blessed to have the most fantastic, kind, friendly and interesting guests you could wish for - it's easy to be nice when you have such warm people staying. It is a passion of mine, not to just simply provide somewhere to stay, but to give guests the best experience of The Highlands as possible. 🥰

It can be daunting trying to figure everything out, so if I can ease that in any way, I dedicate myself to doing it. I love meeting people from all over the world and different backgrounds and cultures (and having great wee blethers and giggles too. 🤣) It brings me joy to know folk return home with wonderful memories, and feeling relaxed.
And lets not forget the furry adventurers too which always makes me smile even more. 😁

People take holidays for all sorts of reasons - bucket list trip, a wanderlust personality, a need for a 'getaway' from the hustle and bustle, or just to recharge from stresses at home plus many others too I'll wager. I understand those needs 100%.

September is full enough at present (1 booking is for a fantastic returning guest coming with a friend for a week from way back in my Bed&Breakfast days - will be great to catch up 😁) with 3 other bookings who sound just splendid via messages. 😁

Apart from those at the mo now.. just for a wee while, I've to accommodate for hospital appointments so I will hopefully get the 'go-ahead' from hospital and consultants so I can get Oct, Nov, Dec..possibly Jan 2027, calendar opened up so WATCH THIS SPACE! All will be tickety boo am sure 😁🤞
