We are excited to announce our Farm to Fibre day experiences in collaboration with Burnfoot Wool and Hebbs Alpacas

Join in with either a sheep or alpaca farm experience and then return to Creation Mill's Textile Centre for lunch and a fibre processing workshop - learning the process of cleaning, carding and spinning the fibres into yarn.

For visitors looking for a local and immersive experience over the bank holiday weekend at the end of the month 👇

Looking for something fun and interactive to do for the end of May Bank Holiday? Why not go on one of our local Farm Tours?

Spend 2 hours learning about the workings of a sheep farm with Burnfoot Wool and how they now make beautiful blankets and knitting wool from their sheep. Or Alpacas more your thing? Learn from Bev from Hebbs Alpacas how 3 Alpacas quickly turned into over 90! You will meet the alpacas and then see what lovely things get produced from their fluffy coats - from bedding to birds nests.
