Well, we reached our final day of our sensational six day tour of Bonnie Scotland with our lovely group of visitors from Florida.

Travelling through scenic Argyll, from Oban to Edinburgh, our first stop was at St Conans Kirk.

We journeyed on to Kilmahog, where our visitors thoroughly enjoyed feeding the Hairy Heilan' Coos.

We savoured our tasty lunch at the ever popular Lion and Unicorn before visiting the historic, iconic Stirling Castle.

We finally reached Edinburgh, where we bid our fond farewells, with some amazing memories made.

The Kilted Piper is back on the road again soon with more new tours and to some pastures new. Keep tuned, folks, to see our new adventures and tell us your favourite places so far. Cheerio the noo 😉🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Gosh...and we have reached the penultimate day of our great Scottish Adventure already!

Departing from the misty isle this morning, we travelled south to Eilean Donan Castle, crossing over the Skye Bridge.

We then travelled down the Great Glen of Scotland, stopping off at the Commando Monument to pay our respects and to take in the scenic mountain views.

Our adventures took us on to the very atmospheric, Glencoe, then southwards to Oban the Seafood Capital of Scotland for the evening.

It was fun filled Day 4 of our six-day tour on the Isle of Skye. The morning started off a wee tad chilly, but that did not deter our intrepid travellers from Florida. We kicked off the day with an early morning visit to the famous, Talisker Whisky Distillery.

We then explored Dunvegan Castle and its splendid gardens before having a scrumptious lunch in the Macleod Tables Cafe at the castle.

Our tour continued on to Lealt Falls, Kilt Rock, and Staffin Bay, where we searched for the legendary dinosaur footprints.

Time for a wee rest before embarking on our penultimate day tomorrow. Any guesses where we will head to next? Answers on a postcard 😉.

And just like that, we are halfway through our super 6 day tour. Time flies when yer enjoying yerself ☺️

Well, today, we travelled north over the Kessock Bridge to the Black Isle, heading towards Dunrobin Castle in Sutherland. We were treated to an excellent falcon display, which impressed our guests no end, and preying😉 fir more.

We then headed south to Loch Fleet where we were all treated to a natural seal display with our fishy friends jumping in and out of the water as our guests enjoyed the skirl of the pipes and a wee dram.

Afterwards, we stopped for a tasty lunch in Dornoch at the Sandstone cafe.

We then hit the road for some r and r and now located near the Kyle of Lochalsh this evening.

And we have arrived at day two of our six day Scottish adventure. We were blessed with more glorious sunshine as we made our way to the charming Cawdor Castle and Gardens.

Our lovely group from the States had a wonderful time exploring the castle and delights of the gardens.

Our journey continued on from Cawdor to Clava Cairns, where we wandered through the fascinating burial cairns and standing stones.

Next up, we visited the Culloden Visitor Centre and Battlefield, where our guests paid their respects to the fallen clans and Jacobites.

We still had time to visit the independent Benromach Speyside Whisky Distillery for a tour and tastings that our group thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated.

So, we rest one more night in lovely Nairn, and look forward to our further adventures tomorrow. Stay tuned ...😉
