On Friday our driver Steve headed out to Ypres in belgium 🇧🇪 as part of Leger Holidays Battle of Flanders Field Tour. Complete with a tour guide this fascinating tour explored key WW1 sites and memorials, including Tyne Cot Cemetery, The Bluff, and Spanbroekmolen Mine Crater, as well as Essex Farm where John McCrae wrote the world-famous poem ‘In Flanders Fields’ in 1915.
An amazing time was had by all as they make their way home today after a 3 night stay in Ypres.
