Not long now till some spring lambs arrive!

This week our farming team moved all the ladies who are due in spring to new pasture. Hebridean sheep lamb outside but need fresh pasture in the final weeks to make sure they have all the nutrients they need.

Every corner of Oak House is full of stunning original features to enjoy. Non more special than the two stunning full height murals located in the living room. These beautiful murals were painted by an artist who also painted works at Harewood House in the 20th Century. Not much is known about why they were painted, whether an extra commission, practice for the main house or simply passing the time. We’ll let you decide.

Oak house is family friendly and sleeps 4 people across 2 beds.
