Whilst we do do one night stays we think a 2-3 night stay is a must to appreciate the attractions Leek, and the nearby Peak District offer. We often get feedback where the only regret is ‘we wished we’d stayed longer’!

Our guests this weekend used the downstairs space for a pre- Mothers Day celebration after a beautiful walk at Manifold Valley in the Peak District. Guests get to use the quirky former pub however they like! It’s like having a pub to yourself, and so much fun with the different areas, bar to serve drinks from, fire to sit by and games to play!

Set up and ready for our weekend guests in The Quiet Woman Apartment. Firewood stocked and ready to go. And of course the all important cookies and milk for a brew - just what you need after a long drive here! Our guests this weekend are taking full advantage of the awesome downstairs space with their pre-wedding meet up with friends before the big day at Foxtailbarnsweddingvenue!

If you have been to stay with us in the last year or so, you will likely have met this awesome lady, pictured here in one of her other roles - singing in her band!
A shout out for women and in particular for Alison on International Womens Day, as we wouldn’t be where we are with our lovely self-catering accommodation without her!
However I know she will wanna kill me for posting this and so you may never meet me, as I’ll be hiding! 😂 🤫 😍

We’ve been a bit quiet on social media since New Year. We’ve been busy behind the scenes with something new…. Info coming soon! 👀
In the meantime we are awaiting our guests today in The Hideaway. Chocolate biscuits on the table, milk in the fridge, leaflets out for local destinations, and of course a Totally Locally Leek map for all the best spots!
