Caribbean Cruise
Dawn assisted us with our initial enquiry about cruises. We were so impressed with her knowledge and personal experiences of cruises that we returned and made a booking several days later. She managed to upgrade us to a balcony cabin at the front of Avira, the P&O ship at little more than a seaview cabin. Hannah took time to find our Holiday for 7 of us. She made sure we got everything we asked for within our budget. She treated us like long term friends.
Felt like we was a valuable customer every time we went into the store. We was offered tea or coffee why we looked at the different choices of holidays they found for us.we didn't feel rushed at all and nothing was to much trouble for them,we even had other workers tell us there experience of the location we was thinking of visiting.

Always book face to face rather than on line.
I dealt with a young lady called Paige. She was fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble. I only wanted my annual flights to Kenya. I had looked on line the previous evening, however I could not get suitable connections. Paige however found better connections than I could and also found a better price.
The moral of this is: Always use the experts at Hayes travel in Leigh!!
