🔥2024 SEASON OVER🔥

Over the weekend the Dim Riv has been lifted out of the water and now in storage for the winter. During the winter months essential maintenance will be carried out on the Dim Riv in preparation for the 2025 season.

The Dim Riv committee would like to thank all passengers and volunteer crew members for another successful season and we look forward to see you all again next year! Skol!

Summer unofficialy started,
Dim-Riv in the water, ready for another season.
Trips from Victoria pier on Thursday nights from seven o'clock.
No booking necessary, just turn up at quarter to seven and we will (weather and crew permitting) take you for a trip around the harbour and if conditions are good we might be able to raise the sail?
Unfortunately due to everything going up in price, we have had to increase our prices.
So it is now £15 per adult and £10 child (under 16).
This is the first time we have increased our prices in over ten years.
So please respect this, as none of us get paid, and any money we make goes into keeping her in the water for locals and visitors alike to appreciate.

UNSTFEST 2023
We will be at the baltasound pier tomorrow 22nd July, come visit and join us for a sail around baltasound.

£10 per adult / £5 under 16’s.

Dim Riv has departed Lerwick harbour this morning sailing to the northern isles for Unstfest and Sail yell 2023 events. See you soon UnstFest and Cullivoe!

We will be (weather permitting) doing a trip tomorrow (Thursday 29th) evening at 7pm, leaving from either the Victoria or Albert pontoons. £10 adults, £5 under 12s. On a first come first served basis. We can only take a maximum of 12 passengers.

Dim Riv was officially launched this morning ready for the 2023 season and now at her picturesque anchor point for everyone to enjoy.

Well today marked the end of the 2022 season for the Dim Riv, she’s now in her winter storage. We haven’t been so lucky with trips this year due to Covid, crew shortages and the WEATHER!!! Am sure 2023 season will be just as successful!
