We currently have vacancies at both the Southeast office and the South Wales office, and we’re looking for:

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐀𝐬𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐬 𝐒𝐮𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐲𝐨𝐫𝐬

Qualifications – P402 or equivalent as a minimum
Experience – ideally, they will have worked for UKAS-accredited companies and have a wide range of experience in domestic, commercial, and industrial premises undertaking Management and Refurbishment & Demolition Surveys. Experience using Alpha Tracker or similar surveying software is preferable, although not essential, if they can learn systems relatively quickly.

• Full UK driving licence
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• IT literate
• Possess GCSE grades C or above in English and Maths or equivalent
• The ability to work on their own and as part of a team
• Excellent work ethic
• Be able to work out of hours as and when required and be willing to travel nationwide as required

Salaries range from £25k-£35k depending on qualifications and level of experience. A company car will be supplied for surveyors and a van for analysts.
