It’s about building friendships, sharing moments, and making memories that last, while supporting families every step of the way💚 Activate With Andy is a small business that is based around working with both children and adults on wellbeing, health and fitness. I run groups and activities for children and parents, a lot of this focussing on children's movement. I also run children's parties, after

school clubs and holiday clubs. During the night I run adults fitness classes to focus on their own health and fitness. I am really passionate about what I do and making a difference and a positive impact on children and adults lives.

💙 Father’s Day special today

This afternoon at Stanley House and Orchard house nursery’s, we did a Father’s Day special Mini Athletes sessions.

Each session we were joined by dads, granddads and brothers to watch and help the children in our weekly games and it went down a storm!! Both sessions were absolutely brilliant, even with this hot weather. The children and adults smashed it!!

Hope everyone had a great time! Thank you so much to the staff and adults for making them fun sessions to run!

🎶✨ Active Beats ✨🎶

Today was a quieter session at Active Beats, but that didn’t stop us from having lots of fun! We were delighted to welcome a new friend to the group, and everyone made them feel so welcome. 💙

This week we decided to mix things up a little with our ribbon and glow stick dances. Instead of our usual songs, we danced along to Don’t Stop The Music and Dragostea Din Tei and it was safe to say the grown-ups loved the change! 😂💃🕺

Amelia, however, was absolutely fuming about the new playlist and made sure we all knew it! 🤦🏼‍♀️😂

Music and movement sessions are fantastic for helping children develop coordination, balance, listening skills, confidence and social interaction, all while having lots of fun and burning off some energy.

⭐ Star of the Week ⭐

This week everyone gets Star of the Week! Every child brought so much enthusiasm, energy and plenty of smiles, and they certainly made Shell smile today. Well done everyone! 🌟

Every child in the class today did a brilliant job, but today’s star of the week is a newbie Roisin. She absolutely smashed it today, and followed instructions well and followed the lead of the other children in the group. AMAZING!

🎉 Saturday means PARTY DAY! 🎉

Even though Andy was away in London today, the party could still go ahead as Shell was on hand to run this one! 😊

Today we celebrated with an Active Tots Party with the fantastic Dragon Bouncy Castle provided by Bouncelona bouncy castles🐉🏰. It was definitely a hot one ☀️🥵, and there were a few red faces by the end, but we had so much fun! I’m pretty sure a few of the children thought Shell was a climbing frame at one point… 😂

A huge HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Jack! 🎂🥳 Thank you for choosing me to host your birthday party. It was an absolute pleasure to be part of your special day and help make some wonderful memories.

💙 Thank You Everyone! 💙

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our combined Active Tots and Active Babies session today. We were fully booked, and it was so lovely to see so many familiar faces and little ones enjoying themselves together.

Today we got creative making Father’s Day cards, and the children did a fantastic job creating some very special keepsakes for their dads and father figures. There was plenty of fun playtime too, giving the children opportunities to explore, socialise, and develop their confidence before we finished the session with some of our favourite songs and singing activities.

It’s always wonderful to see the children learning through play, building friendships, and having fun in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

We’re also excited to let you know that Andy will be back next week! 🎉 Booking for both Active Tots and Active Babies is now open, and we’d love to see you there.

Thank you again for your continued support – we can’t wait to do it all again next week! ❤️

A huge thank you to everyone who has booked onto today’s combined Active Tots and Active Babies session! 💙

🎉 TODAY’S GROUP IS FULLY BOOKED! 🎉

We are so grateful for your support. After some concerns about numbers a few weeks ago, it’s amazing to see the group full again and families booking early.

If you’d still like to attend this morning, please add your name to the waitlist. Spaces do occasionally become available if families can no longer make it.
