Activate With Andy AWA is all about bringing families together — a space to connect, play, and grow through fun, active, and creative sessions.

It’s about building friendships, sharing moments, and making memories that last, while supporting families every step of the way💚 Activate With Andy is a small business that is based around working with both children and adults on wellbeing, health and fitness. I run groups and activities for children and parents, a lot of this focussing on children's movement. I also run children's parties, after school clubs and holiday clubs. During the night I run adults fitness classes to focus on their own health and fitness. I am really passionate about what I do and making a difference and a positive impact on children and adults lives.

🎶🩷 Our Fab Sing and Shake! 🩷🎶

A big thank you to everyone who joined us today for our lovely Sing and Shake group, designed for little ones aged 0–2 years! 🥰

It was so lovely to see so many of our little friends joining us, and we had so much fun singing a variety of nursery rhymes, enjoying our music and having a little dance together! 🎵🎤

As always, one of the highlights was our favourite “What’s in the Bag?” 👜🐵 Each child gets the chance to pick out a toy representing a popular nursery rhyme, helping bring our songs to life and getting those little ones excited to join in!

It’s wonderful watching the children become familiar with the songs, respond to the music and enjoy choosing their favourite toys. 💕 Nursery rhymes and music are a fantastic way to support early language development, listening skills, coordination and confidence, all while having lots of fun!

We love seeing our little friends grow and develop each week, and we’d love to welcome some more new faces to join in the fun! 🥰

This was Arlo’s best session yet! He did some amazing listening and won his FIRST EVER RACE! 🎉👏

I’m so proud of you, Arlo. Seeing moments like this and watching your confidence grow is such a lovely part of what I do. A very well-deserved Star of the Week! ⭐💚
