World Menopause Day falls on 18th October, and it's a chance to shine a light on something that affects a huge number of people in our workforce and in workplaces everywhere.

🎉 Celebrating 15 years of Kevin at Access Bookings! 🎉

What started almost by chance, a phone call taken while working at a hotel in Lichfield turned into a 15-year journey with Access. Kevin joined to provide overnight cover and went on to work across nights, evenings and days, running a team and supporting major clients like BBC News and BBC London along the way.

Three years in, Kevin relocated to Devon but thanks to the flexibility of the business, he never had to leave the team behind, and has continued working remotely ever since.

Today, Kevin works in sales support, troubleshooting and helping behind the scenes on productions including the 40th series of Silent Witness. Over the years he's seen it all, from supporting Top Gear's infamous escape from Argentina to some truly unusual hotel requests (yes, even insects 🐛).

But after 15 years, Kevin says what stands out most is the people:

"The thing that stands out the most after 15 years is the people, through serious health challenges, the support from colleagues and the senior team has never wavered."

Thank you, Kevin, for 15 incredible years of dedication, flexibility and heart. Here's to many more! 🥳👏
