We are so excited to be collaborating with MasterChef: The Professionals 2025 finalist, Luke Emmess, to bring you all a night of incredible food in Tywyn!

Originally from Portsmouth, Luke built his culinary career through years of training and experience, including working his way up in professional kitchens and eventually becoming head chef at the Wykeham Arms in Wi******er. Known for his refined technique and creative flavour combinations, Emmess impressed judges, earning praise for his consistency, precision, and modern approach to classic dishes.

It’s hard to believe it’s already been a week since our unforgettable evening with at the stunning .

A huge thank you to all our wonderful guests - whether you travelled miles to experience Tom’s cooking or joined us for the very first time, it was a true pleasure to host you all.
