My ABI Colorado Deluxe Caravan sleeps 6-8 people (8 berth caravan). Has Internet and Netflix, Only a 5 min walk to Centre complex or local Pub/Restaurant. Based within Tattershall Lakes Country Park - Lincolnshire The new decking and sunken hot tub can seat up to 5 people, the hot tub also has a Whirlpool Jet function, the lighting in the pool can be changed in colour at a push of a button to suit your mood, there are also independant soft blue decking lights as well as an outside security light. The Caravan has Electric Panel and Oil filled heaters and is double glazed There are 3 bedrooms, one double and two twins. (and a pull out sofa bed if required). Bed linen is provided however you will need to bring your own towels. (Tea towels are provided) The bathroom consists of toilet, sink and shower. The caravan is located in a quiet area of the site yet only a 5 min walk to the centre, a 3 min walk to a pub/restaurant off site and will be only 5 mins walk from the new large outdoor heated swimming pool once built (due by Easter 2020). The caravan is in a sunny location with the sun on the side decking in the morning and moves towards the front deck/lounge area in the afternoon. There is no caravan directly behind as there is a hedge and open area with grass and trees before a wooden lodge - so some space for the kids to play games. Tattershall Lakes is packed full of exciting activities for all the family to enjoy, plus it is the perfect location if you want to explore Lincolnshire and only 40 minutes drive to Skegness for additional attractions or an afternoon at the coast. The park has various Lakes that are set aside for water skiing, jet skiing, angling, wakeboarding and even a new Aqua Park! There is some great fishing, a swimming pool, gym, Steam room, Sauna, splash park, bars and family diner as well as a SPA to get a relaxing massage. In 2020 by Easter there will be a new large outdoor heated Swimming pool and also in good weather an outdoor Cinema. The Site also holds 9 special events in 2020 between June and December e.g. Music, Panto’s etc. these are classed as peak weekends, I have added a photo of the 2020 events within the album page. There are other local events nearby such as the 1940’s weekend in July at Woodhall Spa, Tattershall Castle or just a short drive away is RAF Coningsby if you wish to see the planes/shows details can be found at https://www.airshowspresent.com/raf-coningsby.html
Entertainment Passes are needed if you wish to use the parks facilities including the bar, the swimming pool, sauna, steam room, onsite restaurant, shows etc. These can be purchased from reception in the main building. Entertainment Passes 2019 prices - (prices below are per 8 berth caravan not per person). Off Peak 8 berth Caravan 3&4 nights = £33 Off Peak 8 berth Caravan 7 nights = £66 Peak 8 berth Caravan 3&4 nights = £45 Peak 8 berth Caravan 7 nights = £89 Above prices are likely to increase slightly in 2020. (Peak is normally Weekends, School holidays and when special events are on). Some activities are included with the passes, however, some do come with an added charge. Weekly entertainment guides and a downloadable activity sheet can be found at the Away Resorts website https://www.awayresorts.co.uk/tattershall-lakes/entertainment/ Along the main road only a 2 min drive away there is a co-op or continue 2 minutes more into Coningsby with is various takeaways, food shops, restaurants and pubs. Food can be obtained on site at the Spitfire bar or delivered to the caravan, there is also a pub restaurant only 3 mins walk from the caravan off site along a short path. No smoking in the caravan and no glasses by the pool for safety, there are however plenty of hard plastic glasses provided for pool use. Sorry, but No Pets allowed. A deposit of £100 will be required when booking direct with full payment 6 weeks before arrival. There is free cancellation up to 14 days before the arrival date, however after that there will be a 50% cancellation fee applied if the booking is cancelled.

Prices per night are approx £80-£95 (Min two nights booking) off peak (please contact [email protected] to check availability / prices) or on AirB&B. Prices from July 24th to Sept 4th 2020 vary per night/weekend as is High season /activities. Prices may also vary depending on special activity weekends please check or ask. There will be an additional £15 cleaning fee per booking applied. A Care deposit of £100 will be required (initial booking fee). (Care deposit is refundable if there is no damage and keys are put back into the keysafe). I will pass across the exact location and keysafe codes once payment is made.
