Here's three trips that you should not delay planning any longer.

Lapland 27 - if this is on your 27 trips, do not delay. Lapland is one of those once in a lifetime trips and every year it goes on sale the best dates get sold quick. If you havr children under 12 (where they still pay child prices) nows the time.

Disneyworld - The dining plan ends soon, Nov 4th to be precise. In my personal disney geek opinion this is the easiest way to do Disney. As close to all inclusive as you will ever get and with children it makes it so much less stressful than paying as you go and tallying each tap up with fear.

Cruise 28/29 - Particularly for my accessible travellers, the southampton sailings particularly get sold out if you have specific requirements, this week I have been desperately trying to find options for 2027 summer cruises, unfortunately without luck, as the cruiselines didn't have the capacity to provide for needs. So if you do require certain onboard provisions and help the 28/29 sailings are all but out and its a great time to get ahead.

🇨🇷 Good news for Costa Rica! ✈️

Wildlife galore and a chance to go direct all year round.

British Airways’ now fly a direct London Heathrow → San José route will operate year-round, making Costa Rica even easier for you to get that.

📅 5 flights a week from October 2026 to March 2027
📅 3 flights a week from April to September 2027

More year-round connectivity means more flexibility when planning Costa Rica journeys, including those all-important shoulder-season escapes. 🥰

Thailand, Vietnam, Japan. A trip starts with a list of must see places but what you want to do, it can look like it may work on paper, but logistically it does not.

Suddenly you're racing from stop to stop seeing nothing and definitely not experiencing the destination.

Thats where I come in, I take the i'd love to do this and make the reality happen, the right destinations, the right order and making it all join up.

Not every destination belongs on the same trip — and sometimes the answer has to be that just won't work.

I’ll be honest about which destinations work well together, which ones don’t, and whether you’re trying to squeeze too much into one holiday.

And then there’s the big one… budget.

Because a £5,000 budget can look very different depending on where you’re going, when you’re travelling and how many people are going.

My job isn’t to tell you what you want to hear.

It’s to make sure your expectations and your budget actually match the trip you’re dreaming of.

Small changes can make a huge difference to the experience and the budget.

An experienced agent knows to look at ideas which are not the norm, a stopover location outside of standard tourist spots or amending the nights in each location, reversing the itinerary to get better flight options. Only people who do this type of planning reguarly know where to find these or how to make it happen.

A small edit may just become your favourite part of your adventure.

Flexing the flight dates or adjusting the budget slightly can have a huge impact on the experience of a trip, sometimes its not possible or necessary but other times it can take the trip from unachievable to booked and knowing these from the start can allow for variations you may not have even considered.

Be honest with me at every point. Tell me what you love, if you dislike anything, and even if your budget, ideas or the whole trip changes.

After all, I’m human too, and I know that sometimes, when we’re planning, circumstances change and we need to rip it up and just start again.

My job isn’t about planning a trip that’s going to leave you exhausted and regretting it.

Happens all the time, I definitely want to hear about the trips! And i will absolutely add it to the list and probably start looking again too because well i'm me. And planning trips I'm not gonna go on whether thats because there for you or ones i just fancy looking at any given day.
