A great opportunity for any Fitter wanting to join our Team!

🔹🔹FITTER REQUIRED🔹🔹

🔵Role requirements:

▪️Servicing and repairing a range of plant equipment in the workshop.
▪️Servicing and repairing a range of lorries, vans and cars in the workshop
▪️Fault finding, planned preventative maintenance of equipment.
▪️Safety Checks on company lorries and trailers
▪️Covering on site breakdowns and repairs of company plant and equipment
▪️Adhering to safety guidelines set and all policies set out by customers and Armstrong Surfacing
▪️Ensuring all parts are ordered in line with company policy to ensure that strict deadlines are met.

🔵Criteria:

▪️Previous experience within a similar role, experience with road construction equipment would be preferred
▪️Good understanding of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical principals.
▪️The ability to work independently.
▪️Strong Mechanical knowledge
▪️Full clean driving licence
▪️Mechanical qualification (Desirable)
▪️The ability to manage and prioritise workload.
