We are supporting Larks by joining their fundraising walk on 9th Aug. Larks is a charity who offer free support to women with breast cancer and men with prostrate cancer.

In 2019 when we where only 8 and 10 years of age our grandad "Ray" passed away after a diagnosis of lung cancer.

At one point during his illness he was given just a couple of days to live, but due to the care, treatment and interventions given to him by the Doctors and nurses of the Royal Liverpool Hospital he survived for a further 18 months.

This may not seem a long time but it gave us and our family precious time with Grandad which was time that we would not have otherwise had to share.

In October this year we are Climbing Mt Toubkal at 4,167 meters above sea level, to raise funds for the Royal Liverpool Hospital so that they can help other families in the same way that they helped Grandad.
