The cottage has two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room. The spacious living room with three comfortable sofas, log burner, a 40" Smart TV with Freeview and DVD player. The kitchen-diner seats 8 around the table and is very well-equipped with two ovens, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and also has a Freeview TV. There is a separate utility
room with a washing machine. Outside, there is a drive which can accommodate two cars. There are lovely sea views from the enclosed garden, which has ample garden furniture and looks out across Shell Island. The cottage is very family-friendly, with a stair-gate at the top and bottom of the stairs, two travel cots, a highchair, blackout linings in all of the bedroom curtains, lots of toys and children's books, child-steps in the bathrooms, children's beakers, bowls, plates and cutlery, a hand-blender to puree food and even a night-light on the landing. Up to three dogs are welcome and for those who don't want to, or can't, get away from it all, the cottage has free wi-fi.
