Meet Dave from Exploring Snowdonia & North wales, he’ll be our qualified guide for our ‘Yr Wyddfa’ challenge this year, as we aim to raise money for Guide Dogs Cymru.

Dave is a regular on the mountain and may already be a familiar face to some of you. He has supported many charity hikes to the summit, as well as coordinating his own series of activities aimed at improving mental health in Gwynedd.

Our next mental health wellbeing and support event is going ahead this Sunday. Unfortunately after the last two amazing cold water dips and strolls we've had to have a change up this week.

Due to extreme high winds the safe bet is to stay indoors. But that doesn't mean we won't be active on Sunday. Myself and boxing coach Jamie Edwards will be putting on a little team building and light boxing circuit at my old Gym The Pound MMA / Steelworks Fitness

Shoutout to Gaz Stalman and the team for offering us use of the matts & Gym for a couple of hours to keep us moving.

Gaz has only asked for a donation to be made to Mind. We Apreciate the support from a local business 🤍
