Also on the menu is our award winning beer, wine as well as a range of low and non alcoholic beer, spirit and mocktails.

And now it's official...

Our Shaky Bridge IPA, the customer favourite has been awarded a Great Taste Award.

Judged by no less than 6 experts of the Guild of Fine Foods, this award makes every 5am start and every 10pm bottling session worth it.

On Monday we delivered the last of the blister packs to Superdrug in Cardiff.

Each and every one of you who saved and dropped off, you made a difference. These bags will not be buried in the ground but recycled.

It would be great to see environmentally friendly alternatives produced at source though…

It's a beautiful day out there... perfect for the launch of the Dilly Dally Dod Geocache trail.

Testing and tweaking has been done with a few finds under their belt so go forth and treasure hunt those caches!

If you are new, we would suggest you read up a little bit on Geocaching as well as download the free app. In simple terms, you follow the app coordinates to find hidden caches, sign the log and replace whilst updating your online profile with the find.

Some caches contain 'swag' which is placed on a take one/leave one basis.

If you are struggling to find the cache, there is a hint listed on the app and comments will often give you a clue.

The hwgga story

‘hwgga studios’ is a space where creativity is encouraged and nurtured. You will find a variety of workshops, pop ups and private parties running day, evenings and weekends.

From lino print and watercolour painting to modern calligraphy and photography, there is sure to be something to fulfil the creative in you.

And it doesn’t stop there with pop up cocktail bars and raw vegan restaurants to talks from the Vinyl Appreciation Society.

The ethos is in line with the Danish principle of ‘hygge’ from which the Welsh phonetic ‘hwgga’ was born. And the best bit? Fika Fridays of course..... a Swedish adoption of coffee and cakes to gather people together and spark collaboration and friendship. The doors are open and the seats warmed to welcome all throughout the day every Friday.
